Strong governance isn't just for Fortune 500 companies—it's a critical foundation for startup success. For hardtech entrepreneurs managing complex product development cycles, significant capital requirements, and diverse stakeholder groups, establishing effective governance early can mean the difference between sustainable growth and costly missteps.
This workshop is essential for founders preparing for their first board formation and valuable for early-stage CEOs looking to optimize existing governance structures. You'll leave with templates, frameworks, and actionable strategies for building governance that accelerates rather than impedes your company's growth.
Who Should Attend:
- Discovery Stage: Founders planning for future investment and board formation
- Delivery Stage: Entrepreneurs preparing for Series A funding and first board creation
- Launch Stage: CEOs managing existing boards and scaling governance structures
- Growth Stage: Executives optimizing governance for larger, more complex organizations
- Investors: Angel investors and VCs who serve on startup boards
- Service Providers: Lawyers, advisors, and consultants supporting hardtech governance
- All Stages: Any entrepreneur who wants to build strong leadership foundations and effective stakeholder management
