Basic Financials for Business (BFFB) is a four-session program designed to help small business owners strengthen their financial knowledge and make more informed business decisions. Through a practical curriculum, participants learn how to calculate labor costs, manage inventory and cost of goods, organize operational expenses, and understand Profit & Loss statements. The cohort format provides a collaborative learning environment where entrepreneurs gain practical financial tools to support long-term business growth.

Participants will learn how to calculate labor costs beyond hourly wages by considering the full range of staffing expenses that affect profitability.
