I'm a Founder & CEO of HR Hints, the first HR boutique operating on a subscription model. HR expert with psychological and managerial experience, the leader in tech, from early startup through the exit. I've co-built super successful startups and tech companies, which were sold to giants (she has exited twice) or now are on the stock exchange market.

Together with her team, I've supported over 70 startups, teaching leaders how to be better in the people area. She shows founders and managers how to build organizations based on engaged people who deliver. Her mission is to prove that every company can be scaled in a healthy way.

I'm a mentor at Founder Institute, P33 and InCredibles, Sebastian Kulczyk's mentoring program, as well as a judge at pitch competitions organized by the 1871 innovation hub and founders’ community.
