Ryan Fant is a Chicago-based entrepreneur, investor, and operator with 15+ years of experience founding, scaling, and exiting venture-backed technology companies. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Ryan is a two-time Techstars founder and co-founded Keen Home, a connected-home technology company that raised over $10M from investors including Kleiner Perkins and Google Ventures, appeared on Shark Tank twice, and was ultimately acquired by ConnectM Technology Solutions.

Following his founder years, Ryan has built a career at the intersection of venture investing and operational leadership — serving as Director of Innovation at Koch Industries, EVP of Global Operations at ConnectM, and Operating Partner at Stand Together Ventures Lab, where he supported early-stage founders across AI, energy, and fintech.

Outside of work, Ryan can be found chasing down the best new restaurant in Chicago, taking in an game at Wrigley Field, or finding any excuse to drive at a racetrack.
