Jason Coleman is Executive Director of mHUB’s Chicago-based incubator where he leads strategy, programs, and partnerships for early-stage startups. Jason is a mechanical engineer by training with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California. He began his career at BAE Systems, where he designed and developed flight control systems for military and commercial aircraft. He later joined Motorola, contributing to the development of mechanical systems for next-generation mobile devices.

In 2008, Jason co-founded Project SYNCERE, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing STEM education and empowering underrepresented communities through hands-on learning and engineering programs. He served as Executive Director and led the organization’s growth into a nationally recognized model for STEM engagement. Jason also serves on the Advisory Board of the Chicago Children’s Museum and contributes to national efforts in engineering education through the National Academy of Engineering.
