Modern supply chains require more than just warehousing—they require strategic partnerships that enable businesses to scale quickly while navigating an increasingly complex logistics landscape.
This workshop explores how 3PL providers serve as a strategic engine behind modern supply chain operations. Participants will learn how logistics partners can help companies shorten lead times, reduce operational risk, and transform fixed infrastructure costs into flexible operational models.
The workshop examines how shared-risk partnerships with 3PL providers can create more collaborative relationships between manufacturers, suppliers, and distribution partners. Participants will also explore the fundamentals of reviewing and negotiating third-party contracts, helping founders and operators structure agreements that support long-term collaboration rather than adversarial vendor relationships.
