In this session, Taft Law will cover the basics of OZ legislation, tax benefits for investors, and what startups should consider when becoming a Qualified Opportunity Zone Business (QOZB). You'll walk away from this session with a better understanding of what OZs are and considerations for whether your startup/business is a good fit for incorporating OZ investment in your fundraising strategy.

Hosted by mHUB, this premier event celebrates the bold ideas and hardtech breakthroughs fueling economic growth and shaping a more sustainable, connected, and advanced world. The 2026 ceremony will take place on Thursday, March 5, following the conclusion of the mHUB HardTech Summit.
