Bringing a concept to life means ensuring it resonates with customers before launch. “Testing the Waters” is a hands-on workshop that teaches founders and entrepreneurs how to prepare for and execute effective prototype tests.
You’ll gain insights into creating a structured testing plan, asking the right questions, and observing user interactions to understand what works and what doesn’t. The session also covers how to document and analyze feedback, as well as strategies for iterating on your proof-of-concept based on customer input. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have the tools to confidently test and refine your product concept for market success.
This is a hands-on lab to accompany the quarterly Discovery Series lecture “Discovery 103: The How.” While it is recommended that you attend the lecture first, it is not required.
