In a competitive market, understanding your users’ needs and pain points is critical to building products that stand out. Surveys can be a powerful tool for gathering that insight—when designed and executed well.
This hands-on workshop is designed for founders and entrepreneurs who want to use user feedback to guide product development. Participants will learn how to define research objectives, ask the right questions, choose appropriate survey formats, and select effective distribution methods.
The session emphasizes best practices for avoiding bias, improving response rates, and analyzing results to extract meaningful insights. Through real-world examples, interactive exercises, and live feedback on survey drafts, attendees will gain practical skills they can implement immediately.
By the end of the workshop, founders will be equipped to move from assumptions to evidence, using surveys to support confident, user-centered decision-making.
