Strategy as Determinant – Making the Unseen Drive Your Outcomes is a 90-minute interactive workshop designed to help participants surface the hidden assumptions driving their decisions and replace them with a clear, intentional strategy. This session challenges the common idea that strategy is a document or plan. Instead, it reframes strategy as a set of decisions that determines what you do, what you don’t do, and where you focus your energy. When strategy is working, it removes ambiguity and makes future decisions easier before they even arise. 

Through a structured five-phase experience, participants will:

• Identify the “borrowed thinking” influencing their current approach

• Examine the assumptions they are unknowingly betting on

• Test those assumptions through discussion and reflection

• Build a clear strategic premise using an if-then framework

• Publicly articulate and refine that premise through group feedback

By the end of the session, each participant will leave with a clear strategic premise—a single, actionable statement that acts as both direction and constraint, helping them make faster, more aligned decisions moving forward.
