Join the ecosystem for a day of connecting and celebrating women in manufacturing, engineering, and hardtech.

mHUB’s Women in Manufacturing & Engineering day brings together more than 300 leaders from across the public and private sectors for a half-day program spotlighting the expertise of women driving innovation in manufacturing and engineering.

mHUB is thrilled to welcome Jody Howard, Vice President of Innovation & Emerging Technology, at Caterpillar, Inc. as the 2025 keynote speaker.

This fireside conversation will provide a unique opportunity to hear from one of the industry’s most influential leaders as she shares insights on innovation, leadership, and the evolving future of manufacturing.

Themes shaping this year’s agenda:

  • Is an AI-enabled workforce the solution to manufacturing’s labor shortage?
The conversation will explore how technologies like AR/VR and robotics are reshaping the factory floor and manufacturing's workforce problem, and the legal, operational, and ethical questions of a tech-enabled workforce.

  • Balancing profit with purpose in manufacturing
The conversation will explore ESG, operations, and cultural transformation, asking how social and environmental priorities can align with the drive to produce more efficiently, affordably, and at scale.
