Bob Daniel-Wayman

Bob Daniel-Wayman (BDW) brings over 30 years of experience in developing and shipping products along with leading quality efforts in a global products and solutions company. Over his career, he developed large scale telecommunications products, a pioneering consumer IoT product, industrial automation, consumer durables, and consumer electronics.

Along the way, he was granted 23 patents and served as V.P. of Engineering and V.P. of Quality. His senior-level experience provides insight into the impact of technical, business, and organizational strategies on company success. Are you looking for critical insights on design approach? Worried about ensuring a quality product? Seeking help with planning your design path, thinking through production processes, or identifying potential gaps in your approach before they hold you back?

Paul Cushman
Paul is an experienced entrepreneurial generalist with a wealth of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Success and Marketing. Prior to joining mHub, Paul has led B2B sales strategy at 5 Silicon Valley start-ups, achieving 3 exits to Google, LinkedIn and Verisign. He brings expertise in leadership, building successful teams, optimizing sales and operations, B2B marketing, and customer success. 
 
Over his career he has helped companies in FinTech, AdTech, Transportation, Sharing Economy/Marketplaces, AI/ML/Data and Brand Marketing (B2C). Additionally, he brings a deep, extensive global professional and personal network, having lived and worked in 6 countries across 3 continents. On Wednesday, October 8 2025, mHUB will host its next Women in Manufacturing event, which convenes hundreds of change-makers from across the country. At this event, startups, entrepreneurs, and industry come together to celebrate women in hardtech industries. The 2026 HardTech Summit will return on March 5, 2026, bringing together top hardtech entrepreneurs, startups, investors, and industry leaders to celebrate innovation in the Midwest. The HardTech Summit attracts over 1,200 entrepreneurs and public and private sector professionals at the intersection of manufacturing and innovation.

The Fourth Revolution Awards acknowledge outstanding hardtech entrepreneurs, community organizations, and manufacturers in the Midwest region that are driving technological advancement and social impact. The awards ceremony will close out the March 6, 2025 HardTech Summit. The nomination window will open in Q4 of 2025.
