Never Miss a New Course!
Now, you have an idea, developed the product, and maybe even tested it with consumers....so how are you going to make it? This is a complicated question that can make or break your company. Make the right decisions and it can be (relatively) low stress, profitable, and increase attractiveness for acquisition. This talk will help you to make the right decisions. We will look at manufacturing strategy at a high level to help decide what to make in-house vs. at a contract manufacturer (CM), what makes a CM a good match for you, off-shore vs. on-shore trade offs, and managing supply chains.
