Empower to Grow (E2G) Program: Workshop Description

Overview: The Empower to Grow (E2G) Program offers tailored, free training and one-on-one counseling to eligible small businesses looking to scale up and compete for federal contracts. This comprehensive program provides hands-on executive education and technical assistance to support business growth and sustainability.

Eligibility: To qualify, businesses must:

• Be located in underserved areas with high unemployment or low income
• Be owned by economically disadvantaged individuals
• Be certified as an 8(a) participant, HUBZone small business, or economically disadvantaged women-owned small business
