Workshop Overview

Your value proposition is the foundation of your startup’s success—it’s what convinces investors to fund you, customers to buy from you, and partners to align with you. But is yours compelling enough? In this interactive workshop, we’ll break down what makes a strong value proposition and how to translate it into tangible outcomes—whether you're pitching investors, selling to customers, or engaging stakeholders. Through hands-on exercises and real-world case studies, you'll refine your message, quantify your impact, and ensure your value proposition is strong enough to drive action.

Key Topics Covered

By the end of this session, participants will:

  • Learn the core components of a compelling value proposition.
  • Understand how to tailor messaging for different audiences (investors, B2B customers, partners, etc.).
  • Identify and articulate the quantifiable impact of their solution.
  • Develop a working value proposition that can be immediately applied in sales conversations, investor pitches, and customer outreach.

  • Founders, entrepreneurs, and startup teams refining their go-to-market strategy
  • Early-stage startups still validating their product-market fit
  • Growth-stage companies looking to sharpen their sales messaging
