Securing financing is a critical step for many small businesses, yet the lending process can feel opaque and intimidating. This workshop provides practical guidance on how lenders evaluate loan applications and how entrepreneurs can better prepare for financing success.

 

Led by Yessenia Diaz De Leon, Director of Community Lending at Allies for Community Business (A4CB), the session covers documentation requirements, financial preparation, and key factors that influence approval decisions. Participants will gain clarity on what lenders look for and how to position their business more effectively.

 

The workshop also introduces A4CB’s business coaching services, which support entrepreneurs through personalized guidance designed to strengthen operations, improve financial literacy, and build sustainable businesses.
