As hardware products grow in complexity, spreadsheets and disconnected tools quickly become bottlenecks. Teams struggle with version control, unclear build instructions, lost context, and slow iteration cycles—issues that compound as products move from prototype to production.
This workshop explores how modern hardware teams replace fragmented systems with structured, traceable workflows that support speed and quality. Participants will learn how improved part tracking, clear build instructions, and disciplined change management can significantly reduce prototype iteration time while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
The session covers best practices for managing assemblies, revisions, and inventory as products scale, helping teams avoid costly mistakes and rework. Through real-world examples from startups and advanced manufacturers building complex physical products, attendees will see how these principles are applied in practice—not just in theory.
Designed for teams building and scaling physical products, this workshop provides practical insight into how better systems and workflows enable faster decision-making, smoother collaboration, and more reliable execution across engineering and operations.
