Jessica is a dynamic leader who thrives in high-impact environments. As President of the Zell Family Office, she is guiding its transformation into a best-in-class institution dedicated to preserving and growing the legacy of its founder for the benefit of future generations.

Prior to her current role, Jessica served as CFO of The Chicago Community Trust, one of the nation’s largest and most innovative community foundations. There, she managed a $6 billion investment portfolio and led the financial operations supporting more than $1 billion annually in both contributions and grantmaking—strengthening philanthropy across the Chicago region.

Jessica's career spans leadership roles in healthcare, banking, and consulting, including serving as Treasurer of the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, and senior positions at LaSalle Bank, KPMG, and Standard & Poor’s in London, New York, and Paris.

A proud Chicago native, Jessica holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis. She lives in Lincoln Park with her husband and energetic tweens, and is passionate about building strong teams, shaping bold visions, and making a lasting impact in the cities she loves.
