Mcauley began his time with mHUB as a membership intern while completing his MBA. He became passionate about the fast pace work environment and mHUB’s mission of fostering collaboration between industry and entrepreneurs to solve challenges and spark new ideas.

Prior to joining mHUB, Mcauley worked as a Sales Associate for a family owned optical franchise in his home town of Ottawa, Canada. He also taught English as a second language in Taipei, Taiwan after completing his undergraduate degree.

Mcauley graduated from Lake Forest College with a bachelor’s degree in biology and has received his MBA from Roosevelt University with a concentration in Marketing. He is an avid golfer and hockey fan.
