Chelsea Biggs, director of programs and engagement, leads programmatic activities to support members’ startup acceleration including curriculum and mentorship.
Chelsea comes to mHUB from the youth services field where she led national and state-wide training and technical assistance programs. She worked closely with school systems, state agencies, youth service and child welfare providers to integrate new systems and programs to more effectively support young people. She is eager to take what she knows from youth services and apply it to the innovation and entrepreneurial space to support community growth and development in a more upstream way.
Chelsea has a Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in urban studies from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s in political science and anthropology from Indiana University.
